Where does the bad breath come from?

In order to successfully eliminate the garlic odor, one should first know that the odor of garlic is not even from the mouth comes from the stomach. This also explains why brushing your teeth often does not help at all or only for a short time.

  • When the garlic breaks down in the stomach, sulfur is released. This is then exhaled through the sweat glands, but also through the esophagus, which is why the mouth also stinks.
  • In cultures where a lot of garlic is eaten, this is not the case, the body no longer steams the essential oils of the garlic through the skin but like everything else through the kidneys.
