The possibility of selecting the option "Private browsing" in the Safari browser makes it easier for you to keep "secrets". Internet offers visited in this mode become your private affair.

Private matters don't have to be accessible to everyone

  • You do not want to find all the homepages that you surf on the WWW in your history. Especially when it comes to gifts or other surprises, you should exercise caution here.
  • Any stored information about visited Internet offers can be treacherous in such cases. It would therefore make sense to deal with acts of this kind under private.

Since iOS 5, private surfing has also been possible with mobile Safari versions.
