  1. First you have to mount the extractor hood correctly over the stove. There are two variants here.
  2. Wall mounting is carried out using a spirit level so that the hood is exactly straight. In the case of wall mounting, the scope of delivery then includes an elongated panel, which has the purpose of covering the attached exhaust air hose.
  3. The other type of mounting is on a kitchen cabinet that is attached above the stove. With both variants, remember that you need a socket to operate the extractor hood, which should be located in the immediate vicinity of the hood.
  4. Using a concrete cutter attached to a drill, mill a hole through the wall that is the size of the exhaust hose.

  6. With the first variant, measure the exhaust air hose after installing the extractor hood. This must extend from the hood to the intended wall connection. Cut this to size using a carpet knife and mount it on the extractor hood. It is best to run the hose over the kitchen cupboards to the wall connection. If you can still see a piece of the hose, see whether there is a possibility of veneering it as well (wooden box, metal facing).
  7. With the second variant, you have to saw a hole in the floor and ceiling of the wall cabinet before installing the extractor hood so that the exhaust air pipe can be guided through. Then connect the exhaust air hose to the extractor hood after installation, just as with variant one and attach it to the wall connection.
  8. The final assembly is carried out from the outside by attaching a wall panel that has movable slats. This veneer ensures that the exhaust air is led to the outside without any problems, but that the ingress of cold is prevented.
