How to sign out of WhatsApp

  1. Open WhatsApp. Open WhatsApp on your Android smartphone or iOS device.

Tips and tricks for deleting an account

The above instructions apply to the two major operating systems Android and iOS. Both on Google-Smartphones and iPhone, the steps are almost identical.

Note that you cannot undo logging out of WhatsApp. After that, no messages or other data can be sent via your account. For other WhatsApp users, you are over the deleted Account No longer available in Messenger.
