How do you pay for classified ads on eBay?
eBay classifieds are usually completely free. However, you can highlight your ads with various paid options that can then be paid for in several ways.
How to pay for eBay classifieds
- To be able to pay for your eBay classifieds, you must be a registered user. Payment is then made either by credit card (Master and Visa), by direct debit or quickly, securely and conveniently via PayPal.
- If you are not yet a registered user of eBay classifieds, you can register as a user in a few minutes. To do this, fill out the form of the Registration completely off. You will receive one shortly e-mail with a confirmation link.
- After you have activated your user account on eBay classifieds by confirming the link, your registration is complete.
- Now log in with your username and password.
- In the menu at the top, hover your mouse pointer over "My Classified Ads" and then click on "My Settings".
- Then select the option you want to highlight your eBay classifieds. Select “Move up classified ad”, “Highlight” or “Top ad” and you will be shown how to pay for eBay classifieds. You can also select all of the options.
- Now select a desired payment method such as PayPal, credit card or direct debit - done!
- You can save your chosen payment method for future classified ads on eBay so that you don't have to re-enter everything the next time.
