Most gamers know it when the PC jerks while playing. The reason for this is the poor performance of the hardware - but with a few tricks you can get a lot more power out of your PC.
When the PC jerks
As a rule, the phenomenon of the PC stuttering occurs in demanding games, and less often in programs that consume a lot of computing power. Don't worry, if the PC jerks while playing, it doesn't mean that something is broken. It just means that your PC isn't powerful enough to handle that many pictures per second on the screen to bring that you can perceive a fluid image. In general, 30 frames per second are the minimum - everything below that "jerks". However, with a few simple tricks you can increase the "frames per second".
First close all programs that are running in the background and that you do not need. This can be messengers such as ICQ or Skype, it can be the Internet Explorer that is still open or the virus scan that is currently running. All of these programs swallow up processing power - and after all, you need all of the power to play.
There is always an effective way to do both graphic card as well as the processor can be easily overclocked to get even more performance out of the hardware. Beginners should keep their hands off this, however, as uncontrolled overclocking can damage the hardware permanently.
Adjust the graphics while playing
You have closed all programs in the background, maybe even overclocked your PC - but it still stutters while playing? Then only one thing helps (provided you don't want to upgrade your PC or even buy a new one): graphic screw down!
In each game you can adjust the graphics settings. Most of the time this works in the game menu via "Settings". If you screw down some settings such as resolution, shadow or antialiasing, the image should be displayed much more smoothly.
