• Children are tomorrow's animal rights activists. Teach your children about animal welfare and teach them to respect life, including that of an animal.
• Last but not least, probably the simplest and most important option, because animal welfare does not start at your doorstep, but right in front of your nose. Keep your own pet humane and treat them well because if everyone did, there would be no animal welfare.
