Self-made picture frame for the girlfriend
A self-made picture frame is also a cute gift idea. However, you should take enough time for this:
- First you need two pieces of cardboard of the same size in the color of your choice. The size of these should be trimmed so that the outer frame is as wide as you want it to be. To do this, place the photo in the middle of the cardboard beforehand to see the width of the frame.
- Then draw the outline of the photo on cardboard and cut out the inner piece. It is advisable that they do not stay exactly on the line, but approx. Cut 1 - 2 mm further inside so that the photo does not fall out of the frame.
- After this is done, glue the cut-out piece of cardboard to the second piece along the left, right, and bottom edges. Be careful not to glue the pieces together at the top as this is where you will slide the photo into the frame.
