How do you write a short story?

A short story must not get out of hand because the plot has to be presented in a few sentences. Writing a good story is not that difficult as long as you follow a few pointers.

• A short story is always heading for a climax and is thus structured dramatically. The climax should be near the middle or the end of the storyline so that the reader stays with it until the end and doesn't get bored.
• A good short story is written by getting a good start. He decides whether the reader reads further. So find a beginning that is either so unusual that it arouses curiosity, or one that puts the reader in an action they know themselves.
• How you build a short story is not a matter of chance. The arc of suspense must be maintained until the climax and bind the reader to an expectation.

Build a short story in an exciting way 

• Until the climax, the plot should be portrayed in such a way that the reader either sees a major event can guess or identify himself with the plot so much that he automatically reaches a certain climax accepts.
