How to make your own goat cheese with rennet

  1. Fresh organic goat milk, which should not be pasteurized or preserved, is best for the preparation of goat cheese. You can of course even if you have no other milk For getting your goat cheese, take pasteurized milk.
  2. The milk should not be warmed up suddenly; if it comes out of the refrigerator, let it warm to room temperature for half a day.
