How to apply for your vision aid with the health insurance company

- There are diseases of the eyes, such as keratoconus (thinning and conical deformation of the Cornea - Cornea), in which the grants can be applied for individually.
- To do this, you need a prescription from the ophthalmologist with the relevant diagnosis and a cost estimate from the optician. Submit both together to the health insurance company and hope that you will receive a higher grant.
- Otherwise, submit the prescription to the health insurance company with the invoice for the glasses and wait for the subsidy.
