  • At a party dinner for 10 people, of course, one is allowed salad not missing. A Greek village salad goes well with antipasti. To do this, cut 6 tomatoes into thin wedges, 1 red onion, two cucumber and 200 g green and black olives and put everything in a large salad bowl. Season the whole thing with 125 ml of olive oil, salt and pepper. Dice 200 g feta cheese and add this to the salad.
  • You can also prepare fish and lemon skewers as a starter. To do this, cut approx. 800 g fish (e.g. B. Tuna, swordfish) and season it with a marinade consisting of garlic, olive oil, onion cubes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let the pieces of fish rest for approx. Soak in the marinade for 2 hours.
