Ingredients:

  • 100 g sugar, brown

  • 4 apples
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar

You save calories by reducing the fat in the dough

  1. First mix the yogurt with the oil and eggs. Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat everything until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Now mix the baking powder with the flour and stir it into the sugar-egg mixture.
  3. Peel and core the apples. Two apples are now finely diced and also to the dough given. The fruit cubes should be folded in evenly so that the dough is nice and juicy everywhere after baking.
