  •  Find related sports. Think about what other sport you can do that is similar to rope skipping. Jumping on the trampoline is definitely a good option because it requires similar movements and is not tied to age, time or place.

  • Set specific goals. Make yourself an exercise plan. Enter how many jumps you can manage in one minute. If possible, practice daily and take careful note of your performance.

Work on yourself and your goals 

  • Do not be discouraged! There are always reasons why you should NOT do something. Sometimes it doesn't work out the way you want it to; circumstances don't allow it exercise regularly - but don't be fooled and stick to yours World record dream. This is the only way to make it.
