Boxwood with flowers and tulle as a classic church decoration

The box tree has a special meaning at weddings. The angel Cupid, who shoots the arrows of love, uses arrows that come out of the wood of the boxwood were carved. Make decorative wreaths yourself

The chairs of the bride and groom should be on the wedding always stand out. If plain white chair cushions are too boring for you, decorate the backrests with something else. Small wreaths are a nice idea for this. You can easily do this yourself. In craft shops there are wreaths made of floral foam. Decorate it with roses, gypsophila and pearls. Use a white ribbon to attach the wreaths to the back of the chairs of the newlyweds.

Small bouquets of flowers on the pews

The flowers in the bridal bouquet should not be the only ones at the ceremony. You can hang small tied bouquets of flowers on the edge of the pews. To do this, tie a loop with white ribbon on which you can hang the flowers. To make the bouquet look even more elegant for the wedding, tie another ribbon to the bouquet. The ends should hang down from the flowers for a very long time.

Light the corridor with candles

The walk between the pews is the most important path a bride will walk at the wedding. Here the groom sees her for the first time. To make this moment even more beautiful, you should decorate the corridor with candles. Choose wide pillar candles that you place in a tall candle jar. Decorate the space between the candle and the glass with pearls, roses and some green cuttings. The candles are best placed to the left and right of the aisle at the level of the pews.

The somewhat different ring pillow

The ring pillow is not a classic wedding decoration, but it is still an important component that all eyes are on. With a moss pillow you can create a very special ring pillow. True to the motto "nothing going on without moss", it should bring the bride and groom the desired financial blessing. You don't have to make the pillow yourself. You can find it in flower and craft stores, or on the internet. You attach the rings with two small branches that you stick in the pillow. White flowers and glitter make the pillow classy.

Balloons on the back of the chair

If your church has chairs instead of pews, you have a lot of room for decoration. For example, hang helium balloons on the back of the chair. Of course, you should choose the shape of a heart. This idea is not just a decoration, but can also become a first highlight of the wedding. Attach small cards to the thread of the balloons. There the wedding guests write down their wishes for the bride and groom. After the ceremony, everyone releases their balloons into the sky at the same time.
