A sample saves time when preparing an offer

You can use a structured template for a cost estimate again and again and thus work efficiently when creating offers.

  • Word offers the option to save a file as a document or as a template. Choosing the second option ensures that you don't accidentally overwrite your template.
  • Select the "Templates" folder as the storage location.

The components of the estimate
