How to register your part-time job as a freelance worker

  • Remember that as a freelance worker you do not have an employment contract like an employee, but are self-employed.
  • As a rule, freelance workers are (tutoring) teachers, translators or similar freelance activities. In such a case, it is sufficient if you notify the tax office that you have started your activity, which will then send you a tax registration sheet. You then send this filled in and signed to your tax office and you will receive a new tax number.
