Why pay expensive processing fees when printing with a flocking machine is basically not that difficult to master yourself? In most cases, you don't even have to buy this machine at a high price - you can often even rent it.

- In the entire area of textile printing, nothing lasts better than flocking by a flocking machine - because unlike ironing on or printing, the fibers become real with flocking glued. That makes the print particularly durable.
- With flocking, the necessary equipment is important - and in the case of a flocking machine, this is very cost-intensive. Successful tricot printing not only requires a flocking machine, but also a cutting plotter, a suitable graphics program and flock film. All of this can amount to costs of up to several thousand euros in the purchase.
- If you don't want to spend that much right away, you can inquire at various textile printing companies. These often have easy-to-use flocking machines, which they provide including the necessary accessories for self-printing. In most cases, a flat rate has to be paid for each printed jersey or per hour of use - the costs are, however, still lower than with a complete job print by the Printing house. In this case, however, the materials must be brought with you or purchased on site.
Flock jerseys as desired
- With the flock film, it is essential to pay attention to the material from which the selected Jerseys are. There are flock films for every common material: from cotton to polyester. You can purchase flock film either in specialist shops or on the Internet.
- Then you have to design the motif that is to be flocked onto the jerseys. To do this, you need an approved graphics program, standard image processing tools can only be used to a limited extent. In your drafts, make sure that you do not use characters, numbers or logos that are too small - these are difficult to recognize later.
- Then the selected motifs must be pressed onto the flock film by means of textile printing and lifted out. Only then can you press them onto the jerseys with the help of the machine. By the way, it is essential to pay attention to the position of the jerseys - once flocked, the motif can no longer be completely removed without leaving any residue.
