Set up bidding agent for eBay

instagram viewer

Everyone knows the problem: You want to bid at an auction on eBay, but at the end of the auction you either have important appointments or are otherwise busy. In this case, only bidding agents can help, who otherwise also offer many other advantages. They make it possible to bid in the last few seconds before the end of the auction, which in most cases leads to winning the auction while still saving money.

You can find many bidding agents on the net who all offer almost the same thing, but most of them are too expensive. The use of Baytomat, however, is free of charge and does not require any software to be installed. You can use it after registration whenever and as often as you want.

Register with the bidding agent Baytomat

  1. Go to the homepage of Baytomat.
  2. If you don't already have one Account you have to click on "Registration" in the upper tab.
  3. You will now be redirected to the registration page, where you must enter all the required data and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. When you've finished entering your information, just click Sign In.
  5. Automatically bid on eBay - you should avoid these pitfalls

If you want to get a bargain on eBay, you have to understand it, how clever it is ...

  6. You are already registered with Baytomat and can use the bidding agent immediately.

Use the agent Baytomat on eBay

  1. After you have logged in, a new page will open where you can place new orders with your bidding agent. To bid on an auction, copy the item number from the auction page on eBay and paste it under the "Item number" field to the right of the "Enter new bid" box.
  2. Now you have to enter your desired maximum bid for the eBay auction under "Max bid".
  3. Under "Buffer" you enter how many seconds before the end of the auction your highest bid should be sent. A buffer of around 5 to 7 seconds is recommended.
  4. Last but not least, all you have to do is click on "Submit" and the auction will be listed at the bottom of the page and a bid will be placed on it shortly before the auction ends.

The only bidding agent that eBay offers itself gives the bidder the opportunity to submit his highest bid before the end of the auction, but he cannot determine the time for this. In order to take advantage of this offer, the bidder only has to enter his highest bid where he normally always enters his bid and sends it off. eBay will then automatically place bids up to the specified amount for the actual bidder.
