  1. Visit the Samsung homepage Mobile.
  2. Under the button "Support" you can search for your mobile phone or smartphone under "Manuals & Downloads". But you can also use the search function.
  3. In the "Search" field, simply enter the search term "Kies" and click on the magnifying glass symbol.
  4. A window will open in which you can click on the link, to be found by clicking on the large exclamation mark.
  5. Another window opens. There you can select the Kies download for your operating system, mostly Windows. Instructions for handling gravel can also be found there.
  6. The download starts with a click on the "Download" symbol. All you have to do is specify the location.
  7. Once downloaded, you can start installing Kies immediately. Unpacking is not necessary as Kies is provided as an exe file.
  8. After the installation is complete, Kies installed the Samsung Mobile USB modem driver at the same time, your cell phone or smartphone modem will be recognized by Windows.
