So you can make hibiscus tea yourself

  • If you are lucky, you will find real wild marshmallow in very warm, sunny places. To do this, however, you have to live in regions close to the coast. Common marshmallow prefers very wet, nutrient-rich clay soils.
  • Collect the flowers for your hibiscus tea and gently dry the hibiscus flowers in the blazing sun.
  • If you live in other regions of our beautiful republic, then you have to buy the flowers of the real marshmallow for your hibiscus tea from the pharmacy or a special herbalist.
  • It makes sense if you get the real marshmallow flowers for tea from the pharmacy. Here you have the guarantee that the flowers are collected in places that are not contaminated with environmental toxins or exhaust fumes from motor vehicles.

For dosage, add hot water to 200 milliliters water two teaspoons of hibiscus flowers from the pharmacy. Let the infusion steep for five minutes and then filter the tea.
