Restart the system and GTA 4

  • Remove all controllers from the computer/ Xbox / Playstation and restart the system. Then GTA 4 will also restart.

  • Select this from the downloaded file: "xbox360cemu.ini + xinput9_1_0.dll".
  • Copy the file into the main directory of Grand Theft Auto IV and start the game again.
