Fry the veal schnitzel properly

If you want to roast veal schnitzel properly, it is best to use olive oil or rapeseed oil roast meat use.

  2. Then mix the lemon zest and lemon juice with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the plucked rosemary and the sage leaves.
  3. Now you have to marinate the veal schnitzel. To do this, you can simply put the veal schnitzel in the marinade overnight or for a few hours.
  4. After marinating the veal schnitzel, you can heat the remaining oil in the frying pan and then fry the schnitzel in it. Depending on how thick the veal escalope is, this takes approx. 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Finally, you can take the schnitzel out of the pan and dust with salt and pepper.
