- Most of all, the most direct route is certainly required: addressing them without further ado. The advantage of this method, however, is clearly obvious: the other person has to answer you directly, so you usually immediately know where you stand.
- If you really like the girl, make sure to ask the crucial question in a situation where you are both comfortable. If started in the middle of the street, a discussion about one's own feelings and those of others can end up being embarrassing for the other person, causing more confusion than joy.
- If you do not (yet) dare to speak to the girl directly, it is also possible to use other communication channels. For example, you can write a long letter or a nice email or pick up the phone.
- It is also possible to show the girl your own feelings through gestures and to wait to see how her reactions are. For example, if she happily accepts your invitation to go to the cinema together, it can be assumed that she would be happy to go out with you. So it can gradually "feel forward" (dinner together, candlelight dinner at home, etc.). However, this method has the disadvantage that you can never be 100% sure whether the girl feels the same as you.

In the end, however, the following applies in all cases: Let your gut instinct guide you. And trust yourself: Security is always better than months of hesitation, even if the answer doesn't turn out as hoped.
