The preparation - sweet corn has to cook for a long enough time

In some restaurants, the sweet corn is cooked on the cob in salted water for only 20 minutes and then simmered water kept until the order is placed. However, you should avoid it, because it would destroy the vitamins.

  • You can boil a corn on the cob in salted water for twenty minutes, as described above, then pour it off and brush with a little seasoned butter and serve.
