Ingredients:

  • for the potato salad:
  • 500 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • chopped parsley

  • 2 slices of fresh meat loaf
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • salt

This is how the potato salad works

  1. Cook the potatoes with the peel in salted wateruntil they are done.
  2. Peel the cooked potatoes with a potato peeler and cut everything into slices with a paring knife. Halve large potatoes beforehand (the cooking time is shortened if you cut the potatoes in half before cooking; the pieces should be about the same size).
  3. Dice the onion and add to the potato slices.
  4. Heat the broth and pour everything over the potato salad.
  5. Add the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt as the broth is already salty.

  8. Mix the potato salad gently so it doesn't get mushy.
