  • 2 eggs

Chicken fricassee doesn't always have to be prepared Tim Mälzer's way to taste good.

  1. First, sprinkle salt on top of it chicken.

  10. When the water boils, turn the stove on low and let the chicken cook. This takes approx. one hour.

  12. Pour the liquid from the pot through a sieve and collect it with a bowl underneath.
  13. Remove the meat from the bones of the chicken.
  14. Now add a second saucepan into which you put the margarine. Then heat them up on medium heat.
  15. Let this melt until the entire bottom of the pot is covered with it.
  16. Now sprinkle with the flour. Make sure that you stir quickly.
  17. Then add the broth from the bowl. First just pour in some of the broth so that it combines with the roux. After that, pour the rest of the broth into the saucepan.
  18. Now add salt, pepper and lemon juice and bring the whole thing to a boil.
  19. Now give the yolks of the two Eggs with the cream in a bowl and mix it together.
  20. Now pour the contents of the bowl into the pot.
  21. Now add the asparagus, the carrots, the peas as well as the mushrooms and the chicken.
  22. Mix all the ingredients in the pot again.
