Risotto with parmesan and green asparagus

  1. Wash the green one asparagus and break off the lower end.
  2. Then, if necessary, peel the lower third of the asparagus stalks.

  2. After about 15 minutes of cooking, add the apples and raisins and let the risotto cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring.
