  1. Cut the garlic extremely finely or crush it with a garlic press.
  2. Mix the garlic together with the resulting juice and the oil. It is best to use olive oil for an exceptional taste. In addition, olive oil is healthier.
  3. You must now season the resulting mixture with spices. You can also use these spices as you like: salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary, etc.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and coat the turkey with the garlic mixture.
  5. The turkey should be prepared in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection). How long the turkey takes depends of course on the size of the turkey.
  6. Periodically, you should have the turkey with either water or pour oil over them to make them really crispy. It is sufficient if you carry out this step every 30 minutes. Make sure that the garlic mixture used remains on the turkey and is not washed off.
  7. Just before the turkey is done, you can switch to top heat. This guarantees the turkey a crispy crust.
