Deutz DX 3.30
The Deutz DX 3.30 is a very compact tractor. It is available in different versions. It was produced between 1984 and 1996 and is equipped with relatively modern technology.
At the end of the seventies, the tractor manufacturer Deutz stopped production of the 07 series. Then the DX series came on the market. The tugs looked completely different from the previous models. Much has also changed technically. The small DX 3.30 tractor already belongs to the second generation of the new series.

- The Deutz DX 3.30 was produced between 1984 and 1996. This means that even the youngest tractors in this model range are more than 15 years old. Nevertheless, they are already equipped with relatively modern technology.
- This tractor is available without a hood, with a Fritz Meier hood or with a comfortable cabin. The farmer could choose which variant he preferred.
- Furthermore, the tractor was delivered with a rear-wheel or with an all-wheel drive.
- At the engine it is a three-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 2827 ccm. At a nominal speed of 2500 revolutions per minute, it achieves an output of 40 kW. That's 54 hp. The engine is air-cooled. This has the advantage that there is no need to pay attention to frost protection in the cooling system during the winter months.
- The tractor has a transmission with 16 forward gears and 8 reverse gears. The maximum speed is 40 km / h.

The tractor is available in different versions
- The tractor was not only produced as a standard tractor, but also as a narrow-gauge tractor with the designation Deutz DX 3.30 F. This is the so-called plantation version.
- Another variant has the ending V. This stands for the vineyard design. You can still see this tractor very often in the vineyards today.
- The technical equipment is identical for the vineyard version, the plantation version and the standard tractor.
Although the Deutz DX 3.30 has only a low engine power for today's conditions, it is still used by many farmers. It is ideal for maintenance work.
