Many stove enthusiasts are currently shying away from buying a pellet stove despite the lower costs and other advantages. The main reason for this is the integrated fan, which is required for the oxygen supply in most models. However, ovens without such ventilation are now also available.
Disadvantages of pellet stoves with electronic ventilation
Unlike pellet heating systems, pellet stoves are designed for use in living spaces. Since not only the heat output but also the "feel-good factor" usually plays an important role, you should be aware of the disadvantages of ovens with an integrated suction fan.

- You should also know that a pellet stove without a fan is not necessarily without it current gets by. In the case of a completely currentless stove, you also have to refill the pellets by hand, which would otherwise be fed in automatically.
Please note that some currentless pellet stoves are no longer available because technical problems occurred during use. For this reason, if possible, you should not only rely on the manufacturer's information, but also look out for an independent test of the respective model before buying.
