The only difference is that the images are saved here in their original size, which makes them a little easier to edit later. That's how it works:

1. With a click on the photo you open the picture in the photo album in which it was deposited by your friends.
2. On the left under the picture there are several options, including the "Download" option. Please click on this.
3. A window opens in which the file name and the desired storage location must be specified again. By clicking on "save" the picture is saved in the corresponding folder.
