Clucking rarely comes from the stomach, but usually comes from the loops of the intestine. Causes of bowel noises

The mechanical ileus is a life-threatening cause of intestinal noises. It is a bowel obstruction caused by an obstacle. Obstacles are, for example, foreign bodies, ulcers, worms, entrapment or twisting of intestinal loops or fecal stones.

Suspicious items include blood or mucus in the stool, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, Alternating diarrhea and constipation, nausea with or without vomiting and the absence of Bowel movements. An abnormally colored or shaped stool (long, thin stool) is also an indicator of a visit to the doctor.
