1. If the photo now appears on your pin board, click on it with the mouse and open it in large format.
2. At the top right of the photo you can see a small gear that you can open with the mouse.
3. In the menu that appears, select the option 'Use as profile picture'.
4. A window now appears automatically, which you can enlarge or reduce with the mouse button. You can also move the section to create the optimal image. Be careful not to keep any unsightly details in the picture or to have strangers on them who may not want to appear on Facebook.
