If you send invitations for celebrations and events of all kinds via Facebook you can do it in a few minutes with a few clicks. You can not only send the invitation to friends who are also registered on Facebook - you can also send it to anyone you want e-mail-Send address.

Create invitations on Facebook

  1. As soon as you have gone online and logged into Facebook, you will see a blue box with the title "Events" on the top right of your home page. Click here on "Show all".

  5. “More information?”: If you would like to give your guests more details about your celebration, this is the right place for you.
  6. As the last point of the online input mask you will see the point “Who is invited?”. Click here on "Select guests" to go to your Facebook friends list.
  7. You can mark the invited guests in the list by clicking the adjacent box and thus define them as the addressees of the invitation.
  8. If you also want to invite guests who are not registered on Facebook, just enter theirs E-mail addresses, separated by a comma, in the corresponding line under your Facebook friends list. In this way, these guests also receive their invitations by email.
  9. Finally, you still have the option to choose whether it is a public event and everyone can see the invitation and accept or decline it. If this is not the case, simply uncheck the box in front of this statement.
  10. The same applies to the question "Show guest list on event page": If you do not want the invited guests to Facebook can see who else is invited to your party, simply remove the checkmark by clicking on it, otherwise leave it stand.
  11. Then click on the “Create event” box and send your invitations online to all previously specified addressees.
