  1. If you want to remove small pigment spots and wrinkles in Photoshop, proceed exactly as described in points 1 - 4.

  4. Then drag the "Blur" tool over the folds while holding down the left mouse button. Possibly. you need to repeat the process several times until the wrinkles are gone.
