Retrieving MMS online does not work
If your mobile phone has not yet been activated for MMS, you will receive a text message that you can access this message online. Occasionally, however, this may not work, which is often due to the pop-up blocker.
If you are having problems getting an MMS online, the first thing you should do is check the link you received. However, it is not uncommon for only the login pop-up to be blocked.
Get picture messages online
- If your mobile phone is not yet configured for MMS and you receive such a picture message, your provider will send an SMS with the access data for online access.
- Open the provider's website on the computer by entering the URL. Please note that you have to switch off the pop-up blocker, otherwise registration will not work. With a right click on the website you can only allow the pop-ups for this page in most browsers.
- After you have reloaded the page and the pop-up has opened, enter the login data contained in the SMS and click on "OK". You will then receive information such as the size and shipping date of the MMS.
- Usually there is a small arrow behind it. Click on it to see the picture. You should also note that most MMS are only saved for a certain period of time.
