Query the status at Base

What you need:

• myBASE account

Register at meinBASE

• Together with your new BASE mobile phone contract, you will also receive instructions for registering with meinBASE. The BASE online portal enables you to query your data and thus always stay up to date with the currently booked flats.
• On the BASE website you can log in at the top right or register for meinBASE. You can then manage your data online there.
• For the iPhone there is even one in the iTunes App Store free BASE appthat you can use directly on your Smartphone be able to switch the flats from BASE. However, you have not yet been able to view your invoices there and you cannot change your data either. So there are not as far-reaching status queries as via the website.

Query the status of the flats

• If you have logged into meinBASE on the website linked above, you will land on an overview page for your account. There you will find various categories in which you can query the status of various things.
• You can view your invoices from this portal by clicking on "My invoices". The last 5 invoices are displayed there and made available as a PDF download.
