Build a cool box yourself

What you need:

• Plastic box with lid
• 6 styrofoam sheets
• hot glue
• Craft knife

Prepare a cool box

• To build a cool box yourself, you need some utensils. Get 6 styrofoam sheets and a plastic box with a lid from the hardware store.
• It is also practical if the box has wheels. For example, you can stow them under a table and simply roll them out when necessary.
• In addition, such a box is easier to transport if it is possibly heavily stocked with drinks. So you can just roll them from A to B.

Build the box yourself

1. Take the measurements on the box and transfer the measurements to the individual styrofoam sheets. You need a plate for each inside of the box - there are 5 plates with the bottom. The lid also needs a styrofoam cladding.
2. After you have transferred the measurements, cut the panels to size with a craft knife.

3. Now fit the panels into the box and glue them in place with hot glue. This lasts great.
4. You can also fix a styrofoam sheet to the underside of the lid with hot glue.
5. Equip the self-made cool box with enough cooling batteries.
6. You can then fill your new cool box with food and drinks.

If you want, you can also divide the inside of the box with a styrofoam sheet. So you can do different things like B. Cool food on one side and bottles on the other without messing everything up in the cooler.
