1. Rapid and destructive - the Tri State Tornado
Twister sounds harmless and makes you think of a dance - and yet the Americans like to call their highly dangerous tornadoes that. These destructive tornado emerge primarily in the American Midwest during the spring months. A storm called the Tri-State Tornado claimed the most deaths of all time. He moved on Jan. March 1925 at breakneck speed in just three and a half hours over the three US states of Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. 2. Tornado Outbreak - The Most Expensive Storms Ever

3. Worst tornado in Europe
The Ivanovo Tornado Outbreak in western Russia is considered the worst tornado in Europe since weather records began. He probably killed over 400 people in 1984. According to witnesses, the storm even whirled heavy trucks and huge cranes through the air and tore the asphalt off the road. This multivortex tornado in which several small but highly intense eddies form around the center of the storm was also exceptionally durable - it rolled everything over a distance of 160 for over two hours km down.
