Low carb cookies with almonds
If you want to bake according to the low-carb method, do not use the flour in the biscuits. You also need vanilla-flavored protein powder. You can buy this in drugstores.
- First, melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Then prepare a mixing bowl and add the melted butter.
- Add the Eggs in the mixing bowl and beat both ingredients until frothy.
- Then add the protein powder, almonds and baking soda and process everything into a soft one dough.
- Sweeten the dough with liquid sweetener if you like.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a teaspoon to put small piles of dough on the sheet.
- Bake the biscuits at around 140 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Chocolate brownies with little carbohydrates
