1. Determine how long you want your fence to be. Include a fence post at least every 1.5 to 2m.
2. Drive a fence post into the ground every 1.5 to 2 meters. Use the mallet and the intermediate board to do this. The intermediate board is placed between the hammer and the post to protect the fence post. Drive the posts at least 50 cm into the earth. In this way you can ensure that the hunter fence is built on a stable foundation.

3. Nail or screw cross bars from fence post to fence post. The cross posts should each run in two parallel, horizontal tracks. Measure at least 10 cm from the ground into the center of the fence post and 10 cm from the top of the fence towards the ground to secure the cross posts.

The closer you set the bars when building the fence, the more bars have to be processed and the less permeable the fence is.
3. The second row of crossbars is nailed to the first row of crossbars. Again, the crossbars are attached with the pointed end up and at the same distance as the first row of crossbars.
4. Make sure to attach the bars exactly parallel to achieve the desired X-look.
