How to design woodchip properly
Finished stencils are usually not well suited for painting brawler wallpapers. The surface of these wallpapers is not smooth and paint can run behind the stencil when painting. Therefore, the template should be as thin and flexible as possible so that you can use it correctly.
- The best way to paint woodchip is to sketch out the motif yourself. Place the template clearly visible on the floor and then draw the motif piece by piece on the wallpaper with a pencil.
- If you are satisfied with the template on the wall, you can start coloring. First, draw in all the strokes with a slightly thinner brush and let the paint dry thoroughly.
- Then you can color in the mural with the tinting paint. So that nothing blurs, it is best to start at the top of the picture and then gradually paint everything in from top to bottom. Always wash the brushes thoroughly before changing the colors so that they do not mix with one another.
- Once the murals on the wallpaper have dried, you can still do the fine work. Here you draw particularly thin lines with a felt pen and you can also check the borders of the individual elements again. If you want, you can now paint on special effects - such as glitter or something similar.
