How to replace the blown fuse

1. If the fuse on the motorcycle is blown, turn off the ignition.
2. Find the fuse box, ideally take a look at the manual. The fuse box is usually located behind the side cover. The main fuse DA, 30 A is attached to the starter magnet switch. The main fuse ©, 55 A is on the battery. The 5 A reverse fuses are also located on the battery.
3. Open the motorcycle fuse box cover. To do this, remove the rear left side cover and then the fuse box cover. You now have access to the backups.

7. Carefully insert the new fuse.
8. Close the fuse box cover. Close the side cover.

Notes that must always be observed when using a motorcycle

• If the fuse fails frequently, there is often a short circuit or an overload of the electrical system. If you cannot solve the problem with a new fuse, visit your authorized workshop and have your motorcycle's electrical system checked
• Only change the fuse if you have switched off the ignition beforehand. In this way you avoid an accidental short circuit.
• If you change the main fuse, loosen the screws and retighten them after you have changed. To change the main fuse, you must disconnect the starter magnet switch connector.
• To change the reserve fuse, you must first remove the cap and the fuse. Press the new fuse into the clips.
• Never use a fuse with a different amperage. This could damage the electrical system or burn the cables and cause a fire. The lighting and engine performance of your motorcycle could be permanently damaged.
