You should therefore ask the staff of the MDK and the home supervisory authority for a little patience or go with the people in need of care to be checked. Ask the residents if you agree to have your room checked.
• Most of the time the examiners are very nice. However, if someone is really brisk, don't let yourself be put off and intimidated. Do you run your home properly and properly? Then you have nothing to worry about. Most of the time, however, small defects were found to cover the costs of the MDK and home supervision that can be billed at a high price for the home, although the exam is actually a free consultation should.
• As the home manager, you should carry out checks yourself together with the nursing staff. Take one point together every day, it won't take long. For example, today it would be your turn to check the ward refrigerator in ward 1. Are all medications labeled, is there an expired medication underneath? Is the refrigerator temperature correct?
