Basic information about the Douglas voucher

• The Douglas gift voucher is available in different versions. A distinction is made between the voucher card, the last-minute gift voucher and the lifestyle voucher card. All vouchers have a value between 10 and 100 euros.
• You can order the normal card online or buy it in the store and redeem it both online and in the branch. The last-minute card can only be purchased online, but can be redeemed both online and in-store. The advantage is that you can print out the card at home immediately after ordering. You also have the option of designing the card according to your wishes during the ordering process and thus giving it a personal touch.
• The lifestyle gift card can not only be redeemed at Douglas, but also at Thalia or Christ, both online and on site.
• The vouchers are valid indefinitely.

A voucher is always a nice thing, because you can use it to buy something for free ...

• Here you can choose between the three different types and place the relevant voucher in the shopping cart. Then log in with your customer details or, if you don't have an account, enter your address.

• Choose your preferred payment method - you can choose between invoice, cash on delivery, direct debit, credit card, Douglas Card and PayPal - and confirm the order.

• To redeem the gift cards, first put the desired products in the shopping cart. Then click on the "Redeem" field in the shopping cart. You will now be asked to enter the 17-digit number of the voucher and the associated PIN, which is also noted there.

• The voucher amount will then be deducted from the total amount. Please note that you cannot redeem more than three vouchers per order.
