  1. First put the lanolin, beeswax and arnica oil in a small, heat-resistant container.
  2. Then add 30 ml of arnica tincture to another container. Then place the two vessels in a hot water bath.

  • When storing the finished arnica ointment, you should keep in mind that it consists exclusively of natural ingredients and does not contain any preservatives. Therefore, you should store the finished ointment in small, well-closed jars, cool, dry and dark, preferably in the refrigerator.
