EBay's bidding agent
On eBay there are classic auctions on the one hand and fixed-price offers on the other. Furthermore, many auctions also have a buy-it-now option and can be bought with just a few clicks. If you would like to bid in the classic way at an auction, you don't have to stay on the computer all the time. In the last few minutes in particular, the prices rise again sharply and if you are too slow, then you have not won the auction. For this reason, simply let eBay's integrated bidding agent bid for you. This automatically bids for you, up to a previously set maximum price, and you practically don't have to worry about anything. Of course, the bidding agent does not give you a guarantee that the auction will be won successfully. The best way to set the maximum price is to watch the market beforehand and look at similar promotions.
So you bid automatically
- Start the internet browser and visit the website of eBay.
- Click on the "Log in" link at the top left and enter your account details (username and password).
- You are now logged in and can start looking for a suitable item. To do this, you can use the normal search mask, browse the categories or click on the offers on the home page.
- After you have chosen an article and you are on the page of this article, then enter your maximum bid, by entering your maximum bid in the small box to the left of "Bidding" and then clicking on "Bid" click.
- Then confirm your bid by clicking on "Confirm bid".
If you want to get a bargain on eBay, you have to understand it, how clever it is ...
For example, if you bid 10 euros as the maximum bid on an item whose starting price was 1 euro, the other eBay members will be shown that you only have 1 € as the maximum bid. For example, if an eBay member bids 2 euros, you automatically outbid him by 0.50 euros more, because your maximum bid is 10 euros. This process continues until a member bids more than 10 euros, because then he has exceeded your maximum bid.
