  7. You will then receive a confirmation email containing a confirmation link and a code.
  8. Now you can either enter the code on the "Confirm member account" page that appears automatically or simply click on the confirmation link. Both lead to the activation of your member account.

It continues like this after registration

  1. After activation via the confirmation link or entering the code, select on the following page whether you are a commercial or private seller.
  2. Enter a meaningful shop name, a short profile and a shop description. You can also store a shop banner, for example a logo, here.
  3. Then select one or more payment methods that should be available to your customers.
  4. Enter your mobile phone number if you want to be informed about sales by SMS free of charge.
  5. In the fields provided, enter a complete imprint, cancellation policy and information on payment and shipping.
  6. According to the current legal situation (January 2012), the specification of general terms and conditions (GTC) is not mandatory even for commercial sellers. Caution: Incorrect information in these fields can lead to an expensive warning!

After you have entered all the data for your shop, you can get started. The trend is more and more to do it yourself. Almost everyone has the Internet anyway. Why not turn your hobby into hard cash? Opening a shop is not difficult and the listing fees at Dawanda are only between 10 and 30 cents for every 120 days, so they are within limits.
