1. Plaster of paris bandages are best obtained from the pharmacy, in packs of several rolls. Open the package and unroll the rolls of plaster cast bandages. Then cut the long bandages into pieces about 10-15 cm long to make a plaster cast.
2. Pour warm water (cold water is rather uncomfortable when applying the sanitary towels) into a bowl that is large enough to soak the pieces of plaster of paris. 3. The moistened plaster bandages are now placed on the spot that is to be taken as an impression. The plaster bandages should overlap. The first layer can then be smoothed out with the moistened finger or hand in order to better connect the transitions and to even out the structure of the plaster of paris bandage a little. In total, about three layers on top of each other are sufficient to obtain a solid, permanent plaster cast.
